Please take notice that Hardeep Malamed and PurseN, LLC, (“Plaintiffs”) have initiated an action in the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia, Case No. 2013-CV-231685(the "Action"), due to allegedly false statements made by you. In the Action, Plaintiffs seek to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your contact information and any other messages that you have posted on the website Rip Off Report, www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "NASTY PURSEN," or any other pseudonym, about Plaintiffs, to the Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP at: 301 E. Fourth Street, Great American Tower, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
Plaintiffs have served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity.

This report is a false and pathetic attempt of defamation of character against one of the most wonderful human beings I have ever met.
In fact, everything in this report is false. I have owned several PurseN products, including some of the very first ones ever manufactured. They are very well made and stand the test of abuse/daily use. I also know the founder and her family personally and they are lovely people -- generous, warm, kind, giving -- and role model parents.
Whomever wrote this slanderous and false report should have at least made their name known IF there was even an ounce of truth to it, but there isn't.
HINTS AND TIPS:
*When you want to make a statement that people will pay attention to, learn to spell or at least use SPELLCHECK if you can't.
*Do your homework when making false statements about the conditions of factories in China before making claims. You are
discredited when people can read and verify for themselves that what you are saying is false.
*Stop creating false Google searches -- it's obvious and discredits you further.
*Look up the definition of "slander" and "defamation."
*Realize that your report READS that this has nothing to do with the product(s) or the intent of this website but clearly
shows anger, resentment and jealousy towards someone and your desire to harm someone. This is not about a product,
this is a personal issue that you have.
