Although several friends and family warned me about Harlem I didn't listen because they had a bedroom set that I wanted. I unwittingly ignored stories of furniture being delivered with broken pieces. Scuff marks and poor quality. And having a very hard time getting satisfaction from Management.

When two delivery persons showed up at my door. One of whom did not speak English. I explained to him that I have off white carpeting and that they would need to remove their shoes.

He responds well I can't. I said why? He stated because my toe is messed up. I informed him that something would have to be done to protect my floor. So he goes and brings the wraps that they use to cover furniture and they were filthy. Do they ever get washed? Fine I said! Whatever!

So he goes well you are going to have to sign a paper saying you are responsible if we get hurt. I responded I don't think so.

At this point I am pretty upset and I feel as though their delivery persons need customer service training.

How could any one of sound mind and body be so inconsiderate? Keepin mind the old saying "Good experience you tell a couple people" Bad experience you tell dozens" That equated to 100's to me.
