After only four months, the funiture that I purchased for my new home is falling apart.
The linings to the loveseat and regular sized sofa are unsewing.

All of the pillows(6)are falling apart at the zippers.
I think this is just due to very poor craftmanship. Now when I reported this to Harlem they wanted to direct me to the stains department?? I asked why, and the customer service rep. said that after reviewing the pictures that were taken by their tech. the cause of damage was not caused by the craftsmanship?? And keep in mind after 2 weeks I was the one who had to call the customer service center to follow up with my own complaint.
