Complaint Review: Harlem Furniture

I purchased a couch from Harlem Furniture and paid a great deal. I was told in order to get the financing, I had to pay for the fabric care. And that if there is any stain, they would come out and treat it. And that the fabric care covers every stain out there.

So when my couch got a stain, I called. When I said what the stain was, they said that wasn't covered in the protection plan and wouldn't come out. So I had to fix it my self (and it cost a great deal for professional service to clean a couch).

So a few months later, the cushions began to rip. I called, they came out and I got new cushions. Great, right? Well, once again the cushions have ripped at the seams. Well when I called this time, they said I was out of warranty, in other words, I am done paying the bill. So now I am the proud owner of a couch with no cushions. Makes a good coversation piece though! So my only words are, DO NOT BUY FROM HARLEM FURNITURE.
