Harley Davidson Owners Group National H.O.G. Office Offered three year membership if paid in full at a discount of $5 per year. Paid on September 2010 and did not receive benefits (tour book. patch, pin) for 2013 year due to time of year I paid for services. Essentially, paid for three years and received two. HOG would not provide service unless I renewed for 4th year. Milwaukee Wisconsin
Was offered three year membership by National Harley Davidson Owners group at a discounted rate of $5 less than normal membership which included yearly tour book, patch, pin and access to events as well as road service.
Paid the three year membership in September 2010 with membership expiration in September 2013 and received services for 2011 and 2012. Did not receive pin patch for 2013 and when I called HOG was told I would have to pay renewal before I would receive.
Essentially, paid for three years of HOG membership and received two. When I called them to complain, they promply cancelled my membership.
