Harley Owners Group HOG Terrible Service, untrained, uniformed employees ! Nationwide
I have been a HOG member since 2003. I have participated in multiple rides and fundraisers and met some great people. Unfortunately when my bike broke down and needed a tow I was subjected to some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced ! It took them almost three hours to get a truck to tow my bike. The excuses and lack of expertise on any level was sureal ! The Bike was broke down just outside of Albany, NY (The Capital of New York State). The fact that they where not resourceful enough to have a vendor set up in this region was unacceptable. This is the only time in 13 years I needed help and they seriously "dropped the Ball" ! Keep your little patches and pins and show that you really care about your Members !
