Harmon conned my family members to invest with him. He eventually conned a business owner to sell him his succesful business owner financed, then immediatley filed suit and failed to pay the contracted payments. . He bragged to an employee that he would see his former financial client bankrupted. He has not now or ever held a license for financial advisory role.

He claimed to be a fiduciary, yet he is merely a life insurance salesman, who will sell you the products with the highest commission to him, your interests be damned. The state licensing boards should be asking very hard questions in Texas and Arkansas, wher he now hides out. Look him up in Harris county clerk civil court records. Public data, no slander .

This man is as dirty as any one can be, no one should ever entrust him with their pocket change.
