Harold Mitchell Realty Has attempted to illegally evict my family while I'm serving my country in Iraq. Brian Smith and Rodney Coates of Heaven Sent Properties acted like modern day slum lords. Pine Bluff Arkansas
Mr. Harold Mitchell wrote a letter to my fiancee that he'
was the new owner of the 1616 Oak St. property in Pine
Bluff. He then days later wrote a letter that he was
not renewing my lease. On the month of Dec. 2004. Leaving my kids and fiancee with the burden of moving on a short notice.
Besides this he has purchased property which is infested with deadly mold spores which the sellers neglected
to fix. The property has leaky pipes in the walls and broken windows around the house.
I regret moving in since I discovered that the owners Brian Smith and Rodney Coates of Heaven Sent Properties acted like modern day slum lords. At $500.00 a month for two years I feel I have been ripped off. And I want all of my money reimbursed for contract breaches.

My fiancee who is currently overseas has
left me in a house which is deteriorating
inside out. We have called on numerous occassions to the Heaven Sent Property owners.
Which are Brian Smith and Rodney Coates however
they wouldn't return our calls. The house has
a bad mold infestation from the leaky pipes within the walls. The owners want even fix
this health hazzard that is harming my health
as well as my children.
The property was recently acquired by Harold
Mitchell Realty. Harold Mitchell upon buying
the property has attempting to evict my children
and I. I have a 10 year old and a 5 year old.
My husband to be is Eric Nichols who is fighting
in Iraq as a U.S. soldier. He has expressed how
dismayed he is by the whole ordeal. I wish someone could help us put a stop to this
harassment.
