I have a Ford Tarus I financed through WFS which is now wakovia. I've made payments for 3 years now and even though the payments were supposed to be 260 my payments have gone up becasue they put there isurance on it and if I'm late they call and call. They harras me threaten to repo me every time I turn around if I don't pay it any late fees and such they are loan sharks. I can't loose my car what do I do

There is not one bank that I am aware of that does not require a car they finance to have full coverage insurance on it. If you don't have your own they will add(a more expensive) policy to your account. If you don't like it you have the ability to get your own. But until you do that they are going to keep adding the insurance.

You didn't say how late you are, but if you are late they can charge late fees. If you continue to be delinquent and go into default they can repo the car. This is no different than any other bank would do.
