Beware this company is a rippoff. Sold me a vehicle way over cost. I brought vehicle on a Saturday, Called my credit Union on Monday to refinance with them at a lower interest rate and was told the vehicle I purchased at $15,999 was only valued t $13,000. Unknown to Nissan that I was told this by my credit Union I tried to return the vehicle on the 3rd day and was told Nissan had a no return policy. Also beware of what is in your contract, after returning home I found they has added an additional $595 on to my purchase for a total loss contract that neither was it discussed with me nor was I told they were including. Also charged me a total of $112.50 for tags, title and fees; And a additional $599 for Admin Fees.(no explanation as to these Admin Fees). I tried to return the vehicle in 3days and was told once you leave the store it is your vehicle. In an effort to get the most for my money I asked if they would exchange vehicle for a more updated vechicle, that I had seen on line. This is the shocker. They would allow me to exhchange vehicle but they would not pay me what I purchased it for 3days ago. They would give me $3000 less than what I purchased the vehicle for. Which by the way is the amount I was told by my credit union the vehicle was actually worth. I said to them are yu saying I should just give you $3000 for a vehicle that I purchased 3days ago that was only driven by me twice, which was from the car dealership to my house and from my house back to the dealership. They're answer without any remorse is this is a business and this is how we do business. Buyer beware the rest of this story is a nighmare which makes me ill to repeat. I will say this Do Not Deal With This Company. You will be treated like Crap once you buy the car. You will feel as if you have been raped if you try to get some assistance afterwards. The manger Huggins, salesmen, Richard made me feel as if I was dealing with the Mafia.

Used car dealerships always (or almost always) charge whatever they darn well please for a car. The name of the game is negotiation. What kind of research did you do before going there??? You can go to Kelly blue book online and figure out what kind of price range there is for the car you want to buy. Also you can go to the credit union or bank and have them do it. From there you negotiate with the dealer to lower it. If they don't lower it you walk, its as simple as that.

The price they offered you once you left is probably about what they paid for the car to begin with (that gives you some idea of the profit margin).

Next time you decide you want to buy a used car do your research first. If you go in armed with that info you can negotiate with the salesman (and/or his management). It help also if you have a pre-approved loan check or something of that nature as well. Just say that is all you want to pay and thats all there is to it.

Better luck next time.
