Complaint Review: Harriet Lembeck - illegal wine school

HARRIET LEMBECK - ILLEGAL WINE SCHOOL
 
Harriet Lembeck's wine school is illicit and illegal. She does not have a liquor license as required by the New York State Liquor Authority to serve hard liquor and wine to her students and could be sentences to jail for this criminal offense. She is breaking the law by not having a Wine and Spirits license as required by law.
 
Most egregious is that she is risking the lives of her students by running her school out of a residential building which does not have a Commercial Certificate of Occupancy and thus is not inspected by the New York City Fire Department. She owns the building which has a residential Certificate of Occupancy for residential apartments and the first floor from which she operates her school is zoned as a residential apartment. It had not been inspected or use as a wine school by the Fire Department. Her use of the building is totally illegal and illicit. Complaints have been filed with the City of New York for the zoning violation and with the Fire Department.
 
If you were to attend her wine school you would be risking your life by going to a facility that has not been inspected by the New York City Fire Department. Chances are that it would not pass an inspection for use as a school based on the number of exits, the lack of sprinklers, etc.
 
DON'T GO TO THIS WINE SCHOOL - GO TO Kxxxx Zxxxx COURSES OR THE Ixxxxxxx Wxxx Cxxxx (((REDACTED))) INSTEAD.
