Complaint Review: Harris and Zide

This Company Keeps addressing collection letters to some unknown person with the same last name as me.  I have notified them prior the person who they are mailing has never lived at this address and is unknow to me and I have lived in ,my home for 14 years.  They just keep mailing letters and bothering the occupants of this home.  I have advised them to day if they do not stop this I will sue them, as this is annoying and affecting the health and well being of a Senior Citizen.  These people need to be held accountible
