Complaint Review: Harris Connect

Harris Connect has contracted with Back Country Horsemen of America to do our 2013 Membership Directory. A postcard went out to all our members that included the signature of our Chair, which was approved. Our members are asked to call in and confirm contact information for the Directory.
 
At the conclusion of the contact information, they are asked if they wish to purchase the directory when it is printed. There are a few different versions and prices. There is no obligation to purchase the directory. Harris Connect will offer magazine subscriptions at the end of the call. Again, no one is obligated to purchase.

In 2007, Harris Connect did a membership directory for Back Country Horsemen of America. It was a very nice directory that was used by many in their plans for travels throughout the country. Members were able to find out about trails in other parts of the US. It provides an invaluable service to our members.

This is a legitimate project for Back Country Horsemen of America and Harris Connect. We want it to be a success. Members were told about the project through our email trees and our printed newsletter.
