I wanted to tell about the situation where a innocent man was convicted about a crime he never commited. I don't want to make this a long an drawn out story, but what I will tell you is, a woman, her daugter, and there whole family set a disabled man up on bogus charges to defraud him of everything he owned. Two woman, and her family accused my brother of domestic violence, then they used the security of a protective order to keep him away from his house, invited the family over, and removed everything of value, including a large storage shed.
Then a few monthes later these poeple had the nerve to claim his firearms from the evidence room at precinct 4 constibles. And guess what? The guns were not registered to them, but they gave them to them anyway. How did that happen? Now we had a strange lady that we did not know payed us a visit at my mom's house explaining in full detail how my brother was setup! This lady knew more than we did, because she said her husband was involed, also saying that everyone in Conroe, Texas knows about it, wich also caused her divorce!
Down here in Texas the police will not fully investigate anything unless it's a murder. Now I have a disabled brother that is considered a felony convict! Finally today I recieved a call from one of the TV news stations that they are interested in this story, and that's what I wanted to here! There is also alot more to this story to tell, wich is very strange, and has many legs, including a missing baby! Please spread this story to everyone you know. including news, private investigators, and any other agency you can think of, and I will sort through the mess.
