I ordered Net Detective for $29 on my credit card, and it was a horrible experience. It was false advertisement, and they wouldn't give me any information about a refund. There was no link, no anything. DO NOT buy this software if you haven't already.

I had to find the phone number and address on THIS site, b/c no one would give it to me. When I called the number, the operator was in fact quite rude. I decided I would NOT print the refund letter and mail it back...I contacted them through the technical support email, gave the required info, and just wrote "I want a refund now. I am calling MasterCard and disputing the charge." An hour later, I got an email saying my refund was being processed...don't bother w/ the snail mail, do it this way, and save yourself a stamp.

A bunch of people should really get together and go civil on them. Their software does nothing that's not free on many public websites, or that you can't find in the phonebook or whitepages.com for free. They make it extremely hard to get a refund, they don't even tell you how, you have to find out from a bad business website. Anyone with me?
