Complaint Review: Harris Digital Publishing - Net Detective

Net Detective and Net Detective Plus are not special services; also, we only wanted the $9.95 advertised for a three day trial. We were charged $9.95, plus $29.00, plus another $29.95. We called to cancel the service and were told it would be taken care of. It was not - we did not get an email, call, nothing. Again, we faxed a notice, to no avail. We feel that we have been taken advantage of and that this is a fraudulent service.
