I have been doing surveys off and on for this company for over 10 years.  At first the "reward points" were not a bad deal and each survey was $.50 or $1.00.  You can trade reward points for gift cards to places like Target. Then the surveys became worth less and I would do the surveys less often and found that they would take points away from me.  After a year of being overseas in the military, I returned to find that about $50 worth was points was gone due to inactivity with them.  I got NO warning emails about this at all!  I didn't find out until I had wasted my time doing a lengthy survey and then checked my point balance.  I thought that perhaps they would return the points when I explained my situation but I did not even get a "sorry"! I got a "We hope you will consider rejoining us in the future".   There are way better survey companies out there - many that pay more and maybe some that have some compassion.  AVOID this company!
