I had seen NetDetective before and decided after discovering a registered sex offender lives on my street, to purchase their service to see if I could find out anything further on this guy. I began the purchase process and completed page one. On page two, a form came up that had the US Bank logo on it, and it said Visa Verify. It asked for my bank account number, for my pin number, and some other information that I consider totally nobody's business but mine. I left the website quickly, as I do not give out my personal information to anyone. A day later, I got an email from someone named Michelle and she said she'd noticed I'd attempted to make an order, but that the order didn't go through, and wanted to know if there was a problem. Lucky for me I decided to see what I could find out about this Harris Publishing Company and discovered this wonderful website.
Bottom line: buyers beware! NetDetective is a totally unscrupulous business that obviously does everything in it's power to take people's money and run.
