Harrison Career Institute ,HCI rip off school baltimore, Maryland
I have finish and grad from the school back in 2006, so i pay to take my phlebotomy state board test. they give me a date to come back to the school to take the state board test, i when they in the school was closed. i call a couple time to finish out what going on they came me a bunch of running. so i am at the school because they should least let somebody know they was closing the school. so i paid my money for the test and never got the chance to take it. i still have me proof of everything.
