I received an identical e-mail to "Kyle's" complaint filed against the HARRISON LAW GROUP/JOHN HARRISON, Attorney at law. I was almost terrified because I was pretty sure I had taken and online loan out about 3-4 years ago, though I didn't remember having any issues with it. Right up until they said... amount owed was approximately $8,000 dollars. Then I started noticing all the discrepancies. 1. The so-called documents that were to be downloaded to Local & State authorities... why was there no access for myself to view them? 2. Their first move to make was to hand deliver so-called documents to my EMPLOYER! What for, why, and why would employer even care?? 3. My Social Security # being blacklisted, as well as, NEVER being eligible for any type of government benefits(AFDC, cash aide, food stamps, SNAP, WIC, or even Medicaid?? Not in a million years would a default on an online payday loan result in that right being removed from you!(Not that government benefits is a right, but you know what I mean...) However....I am also concerned, like "Kyle" is, as to how these people have access to so much information about me?? As well as, how the heck they can get away with this Crap!!? There has got to be something more that "us consumers" can do to these people other than posting a notice on a website? Maybe... class-action lawsuit against them, or how about turning the tables on them? "Kyle" made a comment about them claiming to add the charge of "defamation of character". Well it sounds like OUR character is being DEFAMED, not theirs! I have also recently received a similar e-mail from so-called "IRS" and how I allegedly falsified information on my 2016 tax return. Apparently...You can't trust ANYONE anymore, but thanks "Kyle" and "Ripoff Report" for having this information out here for people like myself to find! It's definitely appreciated!
