Complaint Review: Harrison Murphy on Facebook

I spotted this person selling a toy poodle on a vancouver island pets for sale last week July 20th, 2018 on facebook. I was pretty dumnb to believe this person and sad to say that i lost my money for this scammers. I paid $300 US via Western Union to Delma Ramirez as a down payment with $400 required at delivery of the puppy. Then the next day he said it requires $480 through western union for insurance to fly the puppy up to canada, wanting this "refundable" wired to thesame person as my deposit before he would put it on the plane. Then when I confronted him about this hidden fee I asked for my deposit back which he refused. So this whole thing is Scam. I am hoping this person wont get away with it. I'm really hoping he get caught before he does it to someone else. I will attach all the pictures of the puppies he used and as well as our convrsation via text messages.
