Complaint Review: Harrogate Square Board Members/Andruschat Real Estate Services

Harrogate Square is a condominium complex located in Williamsville, NY (BUFFALO)...managed by the Harrogate Square Association (Board Members) and Andruschat Real Estate Service (www.andruschat-re.com). The UNIT OWNERS of Harrogate Square have been deceived over the years. The property around the complex is poorly managed, some of the board members are embezzling funds and getting kickbacks from the contracting companies (such as Mammoth Construction). UNIT OWNERS are continuously lied to....asked to pay assessments....wondering how the funds are used. They are certainly NOT used to manage the property.

Contracts are not available for public review...because there are NO contracts (as stated in the Harrogate Square by-laws). The board members and property managers get overcharged for services and thus rip-off the UNIT owners.

As a concerned owner...I'd like to know how and where the funds are used?!? If there is a dis-honest board member...weed him/HER out!!

One example of contractor rip-off @ Harrogate Square is the "repaving" of the general parking area. UNIT OWNERS were charged a rather large sum of money to have the parking lot "spray painted" black. The board members of Harrogate Square called this "sealing"...sealing a drive way is more than spraying black paint!
