Harrow's Spas & Pools Did not honor warrenty on Spa to replace the lemon that they sold to us. ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam Patchogue New York

Bought a Artesian Spa from them in 2000 with a 5 year parts and labor warrenty. Have had to repair this Spa every year since we purchased it. This season (2003) we were unable to use it til late july 2003 due to they did not accomadate me with making the repairs ASAP. They took three months in getting it up and running. I called and spoke to the Corp.District Mngr and his additude was" We are backed up " and that you are on the list and that they will get to us when they could. I also called the Artesian Spa corp in California and they were also not as helpful. Don't buy from Harrow's. They really don't care about you. Your just a #. We had wanted them to replace the Spa (under a 5 year warrenty) with another one of same or upgrade and for us to pay the differnce. They did not want to hear it. They sold us a LEMON>>>>
