THey offer cheap loans with out charges that others have , but in the end all the additional charges come out that they did not tell you before hand even though I asked sevral times and what assured there would none. Then there are all of the certificates that you need that did not tell you about starting at $500.00 each at least supposedly THey get very defensive very quickly, and hang up when the SCAM term is used , even though it applies.
