in October of 2011, I approached Mr Saunders in regards to a house he claimed to be renting in the East Point section of Atlanta Ga. he claimed he was maintaining and fixing up the property for someone else and that he could move my family and I in the house as soon as possible.I gave Mr Saunders a brand new set of brand new Goodyear tires for his Silverado pickup truck in lieu of cash or a deposit on this property. The tires we agreed we're valued at $600 which covered the deposit for the property. When I went to inspect the property it was discovered that not only was the property vandalized, all the iron and copper fittings as well as wiring have been ripped out from every wall in the home. I informed Mr.Saunders what I discovered and insured me that all damages would be repaired and replaced within 2 weeks and also ensured me my family and I would be able to move in and celebrate Thanksgiving in the house. Within the next few weeks I had learned the actual home owners name and phone number and he told me that Mr Saunders had never mentioned my name or giving him any indication that I had giving him any compensation to rent his property.we arranged a conference call in which Mr Saunders pretended to be completely ignorant of our arrangement thus making me not only look foolish to the homeowner, but also causing me 2 miss out on several other available properties completely wasting my time and in the process stealing the property I gave him in lieu of cash by not returning the tires. I haven't heard from Mr Saunders for over 2 years until recently when he reached out and claim that he would give me $400 $100 for each tire. As has been in the past, Mr Saunders has fails so not only communicate, but make good on his promise. I advise anyone who comes in contact with Mr Harry Saunders to notify the police and keep your cash and credit information well away from this theif.
