Hart Aero No delivery of plane Refund promised No refund Pomona Missouri
A Aerosport ultralight was ordered from Hart Aero in Oct. 2007. Delivery promised in Feb. or March 2008. After this date, Douglas Hart would not answer emails or postcards. I email to a strongly worded email ( no profanity or physical threats) months later. He emailed stating he would mail my refund within the next two days. Four weeks later, nothing.
Hart probably legally owns nothing, but I will pursue him in court from now own. I feel obligated to let others know of my plight.

I have received my refund from Hart Aero. I wish to thank Mr. Hart. Original refund was not received possibly due to lost mail or misunderstanding. Thanks for your service Rip Off Report MHC

2. Customer puts 50% deposit down.
3. Customer NEVER pays balance owed.
4. Customer asks for refund.
5. Hart Aero issues FULL refund and mails it less than 30 days after request.
6. Customer post here because Hart Aero won't deliver kit for half price.
