I ordered my utv in March, 2008 and received it in May. I had overheating problems and talked to tech. support. It took over 4 months to get a thermostat. To this date, I still do not have a Title, owners manual or other information about the unit I bought. I bought a 500CC - 4 wheel drive, got a manual on a 300CC, and to this date, I don't know what the heck I have. I have changed the oil and found steel shavings in the oil, so I'm real concerned. I have tried to call Shawn Hart, He has never returned any of my calls. I also can not keep any screws in the bed hoist base, can not keep the motor running when going down hill with your foot on the brake.

Overheated - no title

Hart Carts are Awesome. Cheap Cheap Cheap Hunk of Junk

So you all want a Hart Cart.....

Did you google Hart Carts or Hart Marketing or even Shawn Hart?

A little insight.

Business was located 449 Brookville Rd, Fountaintown, Indiana. Building has been abandoned. Some junk left laying around and some sort of Hart Medical advertising left there.

Hart was sued several times successfully. He was investigated for Insurance Fraud. Him and an ex business partner that now owns Best Price Atvs in Texas have IRS tax evasion charges pending. Seems he left his partner in Texas holding the bad and made a plea bargian with worth $100k in taxes owed.

I purchased a hart cart in May of 2008. Picked it up. I ignored all the reports and so on and decided he talked a good game. We that was all it was, A good game. I am still waiting on a transmission. I can't get him to call me back.

There was a lady in Kentucky that purchased one in Sept 08. It caught fire 3 weeks after she got it and burned her husband pretty good. He actually came, picked it up and refunded the money. Guess he was afraid of more lawsuits.

These hart carts are junk. Loaded with accessories that don't work. The winch won't even pull it up a trailer.

Buyer Beware.
