I Purchased a ltd & life policy via my employment& buyup option1 for which i payed on an after tax deduction from paycheck I was disabled mid 2004 & sent employee forms as required numerous x & medicals 4 which they claimed were not recieved these were also sent to employer (the plan administrator) who also denied my every request on benefit info they very obviously are working together in their interest & it seems with intent to defraud the insured/employee in every way possible to defraud & compromise entitlement of benefits elligible by law & policies paid for through employee contributions

it took hartford 2 yrs ++ to aprove my claim without the buyup option which they state was never an option despite taking payments & receipt of acceptance of this buyup option from both the employer & hartford in may 2008 i finally recieved state ssdisability & a retroactive payment hartford has since stopped my insuranc payments & claim i owe them 65000 dollars in overpayment which is absurd as i didnt recieve even close to that amount & are including payments for my adult children for which i am not entitled &are telling me i have to reapply for them & despite the illegality of this request per ssdb

they then stated i must make them do it & send the monies to hartford whats really ironic is 1 child was 18 prior to my disability date in 2004 & they dont care still want monies for which im not nor are my children entitled i continued to pay premiums through jan 2007 despite payments are only due for the 180 day elimination period as i was threatened that if i did not continue to pay the premiums my policy would be retroactively cancelled from mid 2004 they also made me sign a ssdbreimbursement agreement or they would not pay my benef
