Hartsville Animal Hospital Uncaring, bad service, aggressive billing and collection Hartsville South Carolina
I took my Savannah Monitor (Roscoe) to Hartsville Animal Hospital. After they ran up over 200.00 in tests, I was told they was nothing they could do and to just take him home and make him comfortable. They say they will work with you on the bill, but if you cannot pay their inflated rates, you can expect a threatening and nasty letter in the mail monthly. I took Roscoe to Hxxxxx Animal Hospital in Florence and eventhough the outcome was the same, they kept him for an entire day and when I went to get him they refused to take a cent because they could not help.
Hartsville Animal Hospital does not care about the animals or their owners, the only thing they care about is money. I will not be back
