Hartsville Dodge did a repair on my car in July of 2018.  They are an approved Maxcare Service Facility, as such, they are required to make good on any failed repair for the 12m/12k whichever is first, following a paid claim. Maxcare paid them for the original alternator in July of 2018. This requirement to make good on repairs paid out by Maxcare can be confirmed by contacting them.

The service department at Madison, Ga, where my breakdown took place can vouch for the chain of events too.

Bottom line, they took money for a repair that requires them to stand behind the repair 100% for the 12m/12k following being paid by Maxcare. It was 11 months and only 8500 miles later when the same failure happened again. It was impossible, barring a tow bill that would have exceeded the cost of the repair, to get it to Hartsville Dodge. Hartsville knew this and advised Countryside to have me pay out of pocket and they promised to make it right with me. 7 weeks later, they have not given me a penny of the $726.66 I'm fully due as reimbursement.

They have failed to act in good faith and do what was required of them for having taken the original repair payment in July 2018.
