I was ripped off TOO!!! Has litigation been filed against this man and his business? He sets contractors up in problem accounts. He collects money from contractors BEFORE any accounts are secured. I have ironically met a gentleman who I am doing business with who was also ripped off by him as well. Litigations should be brought again Harvard James and You've Got it Maid Cleaning so that he won't continue to rip people off!!!

This sounds like one of those crooked franchise operations.
I always wanted to be a housekeeper because I enjoy cleaning houses BUT what about that yuppie slug who claims you stole the rollex watch that he or she never had... or took something else they never had but now will be able to get-- if their lawsuit against you is successful besides all of the expense you will be out defending yourself against FALSE CRIMINAL CHARGES of theft.
NO THANKS!
I DON'T WANT TO BUY A FRANCHISE BECAUSE SOME MAID WITH A DRUG HABIT MIGHT STEAL SOMETHING OR A SCUMBAG YUPPIE CLIENT WILL CLAIM SOMETHING WAS STOLEN.

The owner just called me back to try and close a deal in memphis,Tn. for a 3200 dollar (1/2 upfront) cleaning contract purchase....Thank You so much for posting here...You just saved me a lot of headache and problems... I hope that you get justice in your situation...Be blessed
