I went for one meeting that was suppose to start at 9:30AM and after a battery of personality tests and forms which the assistant handed me, I did not meet Michael Poz until a little over an hour later. By the way, the first form wanted my SS# and asked about my credit rating. This should be your first clue something is wrong!!! He went over all these questions I never heard on interviews before, such as my personal values. He had a legal pad in front of him pretending to take notes (I looked over and saw he was scribbling & drawing nothing). He must of used up half the pad! He showed me a listing of all the companies in the tri-state area(over 6 pages typed - 2 to a line) and how he had special connections in all of them. He told me he had a position in mind with me in a large pharmaceutical company. He said the company will pay his fees. I asked him for his success rates in placing their clients and received a comment from him that I had a passive-aggressive personality and ended our meeting shortly afterwards. He then wanted us to talk at 4:00PM that day. I called him and he was not available at the scheduled time. He called bach an hour later...told me to call him the next morning at 9:00AM. I did so to no avail. In the meantime, I did research and found this web site. I thought something was wrong. Thank you to all that were brave enough to write your comments! By the way, I received a call back a few days later stating I missed our scheduled meeting that morning. There was no scheduled meeting.
