My wife and I sent off two money orders for $39.00 to receive two prepaid mastercards. To date none have arrived. Repeated emails have been ignored and the phone is now disconnected.

There is no Harvest Capital in Canada as far as I can tell and Mr. Brian Duval is a SCAMMER.

DO NOT send any money to Harvest Capital in Canada Period.
