Complaint Review: Harvey Greenwald

Several people have filed economic crimes and securities fraud complaint against Chicago resident Theodore E. Robinson, (aka Reverend, Ted, Theo) and Texas residents Harvey Greenwald and Dirk Wagenaar, and their St. Augustine Trust

They are perpetrators of the securities fraud that is in the business of conning and defrauding businesses and individuals.

Our company was actively solicited by Greenwald, Wagenaar and Robinson, with the promise that their funding entity St. Augustine Trust would provide growth capital to further our business activities.  They stated that we were just the kind of company that their program required:  High quality, American-made product manufacturing and marketing in a high growth sector with international potential.

They proposed funding in the amount of $25M to be provided by way of Morgan Stanley Medium Terms Notes (MTN) that they owned, to be traded in a private placement program.  To start the trading process it was required that we place a “deposit” of $350K, secured by series & number specific MTNs.  It was guaranteed that we would have a return of the deposit in 50-60 days.

They did not come thru with the funding as promised and we demanded our money back.  Their response was to become incommunicado.  That’s when we started to discover that this was a fraud, perpetrated by con men with a very long history of stealing hard working people’s money and dreams.
