Complaint Review: Harvey Spector

 I was working for him 9-5 pouring concrete and for two weeks and he has only paid me 1000.00 and he is suppose to pay me 250.00 a day. I hired workers to work for me and do labor and he was supposed to be paying them too. He paid me through paypal and now is making up excuses. He was supposed to pay me on Friday and than on Monday. I started searching him and see that he has another name and he has scammed at least 2 other people and that he is currently on a felony probabtion for bad checks and wire fraud Independence KY
