I have not recieved any child support from this man in 10 years he is presently in arrears of 45,000. He works under the table for a company located in Gloucester Massachusetts that does salvaging and building of wharfs. The owners of this company are Shirley Larado and JR. These people are very aware of the pst due child support but do not comply with the new hire laws instituted in the past years. The dead beat dads mom pasted away and the children 7 of them were left with a million dollar home on Wingearsheek beach in Gloucester that they rent out. So he stands to inhereit quite a good chunk of money. Any one who can help with this situation please respond. I do not have money for an attorney and CSE in Ma has always given me the run around for years by claiming they cannot find him even though I have given him the address and phone number three times over the last 10 years. If anyone can help please let me know.

The individuals that you have listed (Shirley and Jr aka Sylvester) and the owners of Intracoastal Dock and Salvage Company, 22 Perkins Street, Gloucester, MA.

Mr. McNutt is probably working under the table as is the majority of the workforce on the waterfront.

The only thing I can suggest is that you have the DOR or IRS contact Mr. Freitas (JR) at the company and possibly question the employment records.

Good luck.

I have the same problem with my ex and when i called the DOR/CSE they told me that if he was working under the table to contact the IRS. The new hire law states that his employer has 14 days to contact the Federal government and if not they (His company)will be fined. Try to start with the IRS and see if they can do anything about it. Don't give up. Your children deserve every penny of that money and so do you.

Good luck and please let me know if you get anywhere.

You need to write letters to you local congressman, selectman, Jane Swift , Edward Kennedy and anyone else you can think of. They are the Government and so is the DOR/CSE. I wrote to them explaining the situation give all the details you can. The name of the companie your ex works for, the owners, hte fact he works under the table, explain about he home he inherited. Tell them you are a voter and a tax payer and you would expect your government to help you. The will probably send you a generic response and contact the DOR themselves.

Make sure when you write the letter you write on the botom of the letter a CC: List of all of the people the letter has been sent to. Sne dit to people who are going to be running for Governer. Dont sound bitter or angry, sound educated and at your wits end.

Enclose copies of your court order. They will respond! I took this same route about 6 years ago and a manager from the DOR/Child Support Enforcement agency contacted me directly and he was the only person I had to deal with.

If they dont resspond within a month or two, send the same letters again and again. The busines address for each of them is public knowledge you can get them off a Ma Gov website. Good Luck
