 I moved into this home in July 2014 two or three days after I realized it was infested with bed bugs landlord would not pay to rid home of them . at the start of winter realized the home had no heating the venting system was dry rotted reported this to the city he tried to evict me for reporting it to them after he was unable to he aloud the inspector in the home she found many code violations he fixed the heat at the end of winter. Also the home has black mold my kids and l have been sick for two weeks with flu like symptoms I can't afford to move my wife and I separated a little over a year ago still trying to get back on my feet . All his homes are the same no one else will stand up to him fearful he will evict them.
