Hasbro Toy Interactive defective product
I bought a Hasbro computer game called "The Next Tetris". When I began installing it, it asked me for my name, address, city, state, and age. When I refused to list them, I was unable to download the game. The game is useless to me, and a waste of money because I refuse to give this information, and I cannot download without giving it.
I have tried contacting them, but there is no address on the paperwork with the game. I have also tried contacting them on line, and there is no 'customer service' or any place to send e-mail with a request for an address to complain.

Sorry to read you had a lousy experience with Hasbro. I wrote them and had no problem.
They have a toll-free number listed with information. I also found them online at www.hasbro.com.
When I sent them an email, they answered me the same day...and resolved my issue. Give it a try.

My sons spent their own birthday money to buy a
zoids toy. There are no instructions in one set
and missing parts. Searching the box there is
also no way to contact Hasbro. I, an adult was
not ripped off, it was two young kids who were
excited to play with a new toy, only to find the
part needed were not in the box. Hasbro should
have to explain this to my kids - not me.
