Complaint Review: Haus Labs

Haus Labs Lady Gaga's Brand They have a 60 days money back guarantee on all products. I tried to return a product and the company/csr's try to get you to make an exchange instead. When I explained that I wanted to return the product for a full refund they ghosted me. Los Angeles CA

I purchased foundation from Lady Gaga's brand Haus Labs not knowing that they only used one form of communication, email.  The company has customer NO customer service PHONE NUMBERS, so you are at their mercy when it comes to trying to get your money back.

I contacted them via email to explain to them that I wanted to return the foundation I purchased for a full refund.  It took 48 hours for them to get back with me and the csr I dealt with is named Allison.  Allison completely ignored my request and starting asking questions regarding the problem with the foundation and trying to find another color that might work better. 

I explained to Allison that I was not interested in going though the trouble of attempting to find another color of foundation knowing full well that the chances of getting a color that would work would be slim.  I then said that I never would have purchased from Haus Labs had I know that they didn't have csr's that could be reached by phone. 

She retorted with "well we have a small team".  I'm sure millionaire recording artist that has her own makeup line can afford having a larger team that could take phone calls.

I have now been ghosted.  Another three day's have gone by with no return emails.  I have opened a dispute with Paypal and hopefully they can help me get this foundation returned to Haus Labs and get a full refund.
