Complaint Review: Hauser Chocolatier

I worked with Hauser for two years. The owner Rudi made many promises but soon after stopped taking calls. He simply refuses to get on a call. Everything is channeled through his staff member Lori. I nonce traveled from LA to Rhode Island to meet with Rudi and he wasn't there. I asked many times to come to meet him but he simply refused. They cost my previous company a large amount of business due to delayed productions and very bad communications. Plenty of stories and no results. We had massive orders for our retailers over 2018 Chistmas and simply said sorry we can't do what we promised, no warning.

We had a piece of equipment at their facility. Our contract gave us predetermined date to collect our equipment or they could dispose of the machine. We planned to collect it just prior to the lock down, which was a before the deadline and therefore could not collect. So I called and was reassured that we could collect it at a later stage. I emailed last week to arrange the collection of our equipment. I was informed that the equipment was gone and it was desposed of. No paperwork, no text, no emails, no phone call or any communications to inform me about anything. They didn't even try expalin. Just a one line in an email after I requested to collect.

They won't respond to any communications or provide any paperwork of where my equipment is? I believe they purposely stakked me to use the contescg to sell my machine. They simply cheated me out of my property. They are not honest and suggest yiu don't do any business with these people. It will end badly.
