Hausernet Hausertrack; David Hauser Won't pay for work completed. Have not been paid since November 2009 Internet, Maryland
I started with Hausernet as a mail decoy in 2008 and had to badger them to get paid, which happened once, in Nov '09. Since that time I made sure I have kept every article I keyed-in for them, even though they say they want you to discard each item after you've had it for 6 months.
I let them know I was doing this so that if there were any issues about whether or not I'd done the items or how many were done I could have proof.
The warning went right over their heads, though. Last week I reminded them AGAIN that I hadn't received any payments since Nov '09 and was considering quitting. This week they have adjusted the mail entry port to ONLY allow items to be keyed in and BLOCKING all correspondence options, as well as hiding all previous correspondence.
Too bad for them I had been copying & pasting and saving all that info they're now hiding. Yesterday morning I entered two mail items, but instead of typing in the ID codes I typed in the info that I recognized what they'd done and that I had saved all correspondence.
Yes, I'm serious -- living in Phoenix, I had LOTS of mail items to enter, and my office is crowded with boxes & boxes of all the items I've stored (they owe me a decent amount ...likely $200 or more).
I've read posts on other sites from folks who also got ripped-off, and if any of you are seeing this, areany interested in ganging-up on Hauser to get our pay?

Update re Hausernet

Hauser did eventually pay me, though in the meantime I'd been preparing to send a certified letter demanding payment as the first step for possible civil action to be taken. What great timing to finally receive payment, as I didn' end up having to go through all that after all.
Yesterday I received an email from Michelle at the Hauser Group about the info I'd posted on this site. This morning I have pasted it below:
"Hello
Jody,
We
have noticed you have posted some negative comments regarding Hauser Mail
Tracking. As of today we have paid to you all monies due up to your last
entries of June 2011. We respectfully request you remove any negative comments
regarding the Hauser company as we have compensated you in full for your work.
Sincerely,
The Hauser Group"
Evidently when reading what I had posted they'd accidentally overlooked the information that information posted is a permanent record, as well as overlooked the option for rebuttal.
Since I can't 'remove' the information, I am updating it today. Has anyone else who posted about Hausernet received requests to remove the information?
