Havecigs ripoff Louiseville Kentucky
Purchased cigs from Havecigs using their phone sent check and have not received cigarettes. Do not buy from this company. I bought for several years and had no problem all of a sudden it has started.
Will never buy from them again. I sent them check they cashed and kept the money $270.00.
