Complaint Review: havoline xpress oil change

This place will ruin your car and overcharge you while doing it.  It disgusts me how these "Grease Monkeys" do business.  They are worse than a Used Car Salesman.  A simple oil change should not be so complicated.  They do work on your car that you do not authorize.  These guys are a disgrace.  They make money by screwing customers.  CHRIS IS NOT AN HONEST PERSON.  HE'S A BLATANT LIAR.  Please report them to the BBB.  Please contact the media.  The shop boys do anything to please their manager.  DECEPTION IS THEIR GAME.  These guys have a very bad reputation.  I wish I knew that before.  They don't stand by their work.  They will change filters, plugs without your consent.  The products are crap.  They forge documents and try to make you sign for.  I paid for a 5,000 mile oil change.  My initial paperwork was under a solid 2,000 miles.  The mileage on the paperwork and the sticker on my window were way off.   My car racketed so much damage from them.  It's sick.  They have caller ID and won't answer your call once you leave.  CROOKED COMPANY.  The VP is Phil: 404. 695. 8204 feel free to call him.  Although, it won't help one bit.
