I went to shop at this Hawaii Supermarket one night before their closing. One of their employees pushed a shopping cart into my parket vehicle. It damaged two car door. After inspection of my car, the manager agreed to pay for the damage and asked me to bring them an estimate so that they can pay. When I asked him to provide me their insurance information and to make an incident report, he refused and said "we will pay for your damage, those are not necessary."

When I brought him the estimate, he said "too expensive, can you bring me a cheaper one?" I then brought him two estimates from two independent auto repair center. The average estimate was around $1800. The manager then told me that all what he can give me is $20 to buy a bottle of spray paint or HE WILL PUSH ME INTO THE MEAT GRINDER TO MAKE A BURGER OUT OF ME!!!

To my suprise, right in front of my face, he pushed a shopping cart right into a parked BMW SUV, it created a huge ding on that car, he then laughed and said "who see this, nobody see this, what's the big deal about your f**king car." Te owner of the BMW became another victim.

I sued the store and won. The judge found the store IS LIABLE for my damage. The judgement is around $2200. The store refused to pay, instead, they paid that amount to a lawyer and filed an appeal.

This shows how dishonest, disgraceful that store is. They do not care about their customer's proeprty, safety whatsoever. They do not care about their community rather than their might dollars. They use violence and threat to deal with their problems. They use lies to handle their customer complaints. They do not deserve our business.
