Complaint Review: Hawaii Vacation Condos

I worked as the Office Manager for Hawaii Vacation Condos, Inc. Mr. Ron Coronado, the owner, is adding fees to the charges for vacations that are not prevously provided to the customers not required by the property managers that the customers are booked with. His staff primarily consisted of part time student employees who knew what he was doing. The were also upset that commissions earned by them for air fares, car rentals, etc. were not being paid to them. He has had over 10 employees over the last year quit due to his unethical business practices as well as several complaints from clients who were promised vacation rental packages that turned out to be totally false. His business demeanor is unethical and his treatment to employees is hostile, billergerent and demoralizing. His previous manager and other employees who have left would testify to this.
