Hawaiian Experience Offers Whoelsale Prices, & Gives Bad Service, Rudeness

The Hawaiian Experience sounded like a good experience,but turned bad.I ordered online at:www.thehawaiianexperience.com.My order was wrong,a month late,and when I found out why,I thought I deserved shipping charges refunded,but such was not the case.

The reason they gave for being late was that they were closed for Spring Break,and their shopping cart "trunkated" my order.Any other business would have notified me immediately to resolve the situation so that it could be shipped,but they waited two weeks to tell me this.

When I asked for shipping charges back,they told me that they were glad I was influential and important,but they are not IBM or Microsoft,and they thought they delivered in reasonable time.A month?That's reasonable?

They told me to "stop crying" about it,because I got wholesale prices and to stop being bitter.All I asked for was shipping charges refunded($4) for bad service.
