Took my car in for multiple recalls, got a call back saying it would be $800.00 for repairs not covered by the recall. I told them not to make those repairs and to only do what was covered by the recall. went to pick it up to a bill of $800.00. damages repaired were due to the recall, they ended up still charging me $300.00 for repairs i told them not to make. had already been ripped off when i bought the car i should of known better than to take it back threre. i will never be back. if you do business with them you will be here later adding a story also. i might be contacting the attorney generals office soon.

You will need to check your laws there regarding doing repairs without a written estimate and the trigger amounts as per state statute. You can bet they will hide behind the BBB and con-game smokescreen. This dealership bought an A+ completely PHONEY RATING from the BBB so as to gain the confidence of the consumer. I highly suggest you NOT give up on this. If you paid by credit card and you told the NOT to do any work, then put it into contest. Make no mistake about it...the BBB is not part of any government body. Their only purpose is to sell their PHONEY ratings and help slimeballs con the public!
