Complaint Review: Hawthorn Suites Shaumburg Hotel

I want to write about Hawthorn Suits in Schaumburg, Illinois. I worked there for two month. Its a horable place as to work or to stay in. From first look you can see prestige hotel and lobby area advertized on their web site ,expensive alive flowers,shandaliers,thin slab on the floor in the lobby area but as soon as you step in on the carpet , its so dirty, womens bathroom smells s**t.Rooms are so cheap and dirty.Stains are all over the carpet, your glassware will be the cheapest china and cracked,linen is dirty , you are lucky if your room is not stinky.Chairs are in marks and stains.Every second customer was comlaining about hair in their bed and bathroom,uncomfortable matresses and pillows.

Employees smell s**t there too:Halle Anne Long-Director of Sales,they call her Hell,has really puke look face and a smell, was living on a propety under another name not paying for the room, Deyra Mercado - Accounting person crap,stealing money,chating on line instead of working,Dominic Celli- doing nothing General Manager.
