Haynes Brothers Furniture refuses to honor 5 yr warranty agreement on purchase order Ripoff Orange City Florida
haynes brother furniture has sub let the warranty for the 2 chairs i purchases to a company called guardsman in grandrapids mi.who change the warranty from 5 yr to 1 yr and haynes brothers have agreed to this .Haynes have agreed to supply the cushioning but want me to pay a service charge of sixty dollars for installation.the warranty will then become null and void.i have already paid haynes 149.95 for the original 5 yr. warranty.i want them to fulfill their obligation. istill have 1 chair under the original warranty agreement
