In November of 2013 we purchased a living room leather Sofa and Reclining Chair from Haynes Furniture. We paid 1/2 down in cash with the remainder due upon delivery. We were told that the Furniture would arrive in a week, that estimate was ammended to December 6th. That Estimate was ammended to January 7th. I am now in February of 2014. My salesperson called last week and said the furniture was in and I needed to pay the balance, $1400, in order to schedule delivery. Balance was paid and delivery was scheduled for the next Friday.

On Thursday I received 3 voicemails stating that the delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 4 pm. Late Thursday afternoon I received a call from Haynes saying the furniture actually had never come in and was not available for delivery. I have been unable to talk to a real person while trying to navigate their voicemail system so I have no idea of the status of my 100% paid furniture. Very Disappointed with my entire experience with Haynes.
